Discover Large Language Models, ChatGPT, amongst other tools and explore the capability of engaging in human-like conversations.

"Shoot a Fish" using Unreal Engine 5
Using a handful of premade assets and a starter template, we’ll take a look at the UE5 engine, discuss the importance of object-oriented programming techniques and then create some spawn points to generate fish for us to shoot.

Power Pad - Design and Production in UE4
Using assets from our artists, we’ve been tasked to create a power pad by our designer. It should be designer-friendly and intuitive for our designers to use. To do this there will be a focus on object-oriented programming (OOP).

Cyber Security - Image Forensics: What’s hiding inside
In this workshop students will explore techniques used to identify whether an image is 'fake' due to digital tampering and whether you can pinpoint an image's location by using its embedded geotags.

Sculpt a Troll using Zbrush
Starting with a simplified base mesh we will explore the basics of creating form and clean topology for further sculpting. This tutorial will explore the fundamentals of muscular anatomy and facial planes.

Hand-painted skin texture using Zbrush
Using a premade head model, we’ll take a look at the digital sculpting software Zbrush. We will discuss the importance of reference, understanding of anatomy, and painting techniques. Then we will create a hand-painted skin texture for our head.

Artificial Intelligence - Is ChatGPT really intelligent?
Artificial Intelligence is rapidly becoming integrated in every aspect of our daily lives, thanks to recent breakthroughs such as Generative AI. In this session, you will be introduced to Large Language Models, the Generative AI technology powering ChatGPT, Google Bard and similar tools and understand how these tools are capable of engaging in human-like conversations. You will have the opportunity to put ChatGPT through its paces and decide whether it is as intelligent as a human.
