Our Pre-Sessional English Programmes (PSP) will help you to develop your English language and study skills for your chosen degree programme.
You will study these programmes completely online from your home country before starting your degree programme.
Following successful completion of the PSP you will be able to use your results to start your chosen degree programme.
To deliver these programmes fully online we will use our Virtual Learning Environment (VLE). Every year our 20,000 students use this to support their studies. It is based around Brightspace and Zoom software. You will need to make sure you have a good internet connection to complete your studies.
PSP Courses run between 6 and 12 weeks depending on your current level of English. You would need to demonstrate this using one of the tests in the table below.
You can use any test result you have from the last two years to secure your place.
Please note that should the campus re-open for face to face teaching, then on campus Pre-Sessional Programmes may resume, but we cannot confirm this at this point in time. Therefore only fully online programmes are currently available.
