There are 3 main states that the Clearing webpages go through.
- Neutral state
- Pre Clearing
- Super-early Clearing
- Early Clearing

Clearing landing - key states
Neutral state
This runs from after post-clearing (usually mid-Sept) to Clearing opens (usually around 5 July).
Pre Clearing
(Mid May to 30 june) Capture leads using the marketing email form, and plan to send a comm on 5 July when the pre-Clearing form opens.
Super-early Clearing
This runs from Clearing opening (1 July to 5 July) to the day before/morning of Alevel results day.
Early Clearing
This runs from Clearing opening (1 July to 5 July) to the day before/morning of Alevel results day.
Results day
This goes live at 6am the day of Alevel Results Day aka 'Clearing'.
Post Results day
Post Results day.
Homepage clearing states
Homepage Early Clearing
During the Early Clearing stage the homepage title changes to the Clearing title with a find out more.
Homepage Results day
On Results day the homepage is fully taken over by the Clearing campaign. This is what it looks like.
