Stage 1 - Pre-Enrolment (online)

Completing pre-enrolment on the MyHud portal.

  1. Once you have received your unconditional offer from the University, you will receive an email from enrolment@hud.ac.uk asking you to complete your online pre-enrolment and with a link to the portal. If you do not have an unconditional offer you cannot pre-enrol.
  2. Follow the link in the email and log back in to your MyHud portal. You will be asked to update your UK term-time address and mobile phone number. If you do not have these yet, please use your current home address and update once you have your UK address confirmed.
  3. You must upload a clear photograph; this will be used on your student ID card that you will collect from the University during Stage 2 of enrolment.
  4. Make sure you answer all questions and fields on every page. You will be asked to confirm your tuition fee responsibilities and agree to your future payment deadlines so please read this carefully.

Pre-enrolment for courses starting in January 2025 opens on Monday 9 December 2024. If you receive your unconditional offer before this date, you will still receive your pre-enrolment email from Monday 9 December 2024.
