Project 4b - Embedding Staff and Student Volunteering

This project aims to build on the success of the Higher Education Active Community Fund (HEACF) projects which began in 2002. Students and staff are encouraged to get involved with the local community by joining in with various volunteering activities. Projects and events range from charity fundraisers to one-off and longer term projects within the local area. Students and members of staff can also devise their own projects or activities and access support and funding to support them.
