The TQEF Project Sponsor is Professor Sue Frost – Pro Vice-Chancellor for Learning and Teaching.
Lisa Ward assisted by Jane Gaffikin manages the TQEF initiative on a day-to-day basis, including:
- Ensuring project objectives and targets are met.
- Facilitating the appointment of project staff.
- Overseeing project budgets.
- Organising related events.
Professor Frost chairs the TQEF Management Group, which is made up of the TQEF Manager and project leaders. Twice a year all project members are invited to meet to feedback on project progress and share successes.
