This page contains all the current Calma software, including the program files, exercises, graphics and worksheets. It also has the latest version of this Handbook.

Calma v1.22 - Full Download

If you have not installed the Calma software before, you need to download the full program. This is 5.05Mb in size and contains all the software, worksheets and the Calma Handbook. To read the Handbook, you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader v4.0 and to open the Worksheets, Word 97 or later.

  1. Click the link below and choose a location to download the file to.
  2. When it has arrived, double click the file (calma.exe) and the installation will begin. Follow the instructions within the installation program.

Calma Handbook

The Calma Handbook is included in the full download above, but you may want to download it separately. To read the Handbook, you need Adobe Acrobat Reader v4.0. Click the following links to download these items:

Calma Exercise Files

Additionally, you can download additional Calma exercise files as a zipped archive. To do this, you will need a copy of WinZip, which is a shareware program that allows you to compress and decompress files (speeding up download). If you write any Calma exercises, please do send them to us and we will add them to the archive.

  1. Make sure you have a copy of WinZip installed on your PC (you can download it for free from www.winzip.com).
  2. Click the link below and choose a location to which to download the zipped archive.
  3. When it has arrived, double click the file (calma_filesv1.2.zip) and it will open WinZip.
  4. Click Extract and choose the folder where your Calma exercises are normally stored (e.g. C:\Program Files\Calma\Exercises)
  5. When prompted, replace the files with the new ones.
