Welcome to graduation

The timetable for July is now available. The dates of future ceremonies can be found below.

For more detailed information on the booking process, including downloadable screenshots to help guide you through the process, please see More information on booking.

Booking will open at 10am on 8 March and will close at 11.55pm on 25 April and it is not possible to book at any other time. If you miss the deadline to book, your place and that of your guests can no longer be guaranteed and applications to attend will be considered on a case-by-case basis depending on what space is available.

To book your place, log into your My Details account and open your ceremony intray message.

For more detailed information on guest tickets, including the types of ID required and how to obtain further guest tickets, please see guest tickets.

You may apply for up to two guests tickets in the graduation ceremony venue when you book your place. Guest tickets are free of charge but are only guaranteed if ordered before 11.55pm on 25 April 2017. All tickets are collected on the day and nothing will be posted out to you.

The opportunity for additional guests to watch the ceremonies will be available via a live video stream to both a lecture theatre on campus and your own computer. Please see the link above for more details.

If you are asked to provide names of guests, please note that doing so does not reserve you guest tickets - you must order them either when you book your place or via the online store when they become available.
